 S&P/D-10 Receiving, Inc., the parent company of South Sutter Cold Storage, has been in the peach receiving business for more than twenty-five years. Customers indicated that the addition of cold storage capacity would complement business well, add customer convenience and cost savings. In response to this request, South Sutter Cold Storage was purchased in 2002. To tailor the facility to the needs of our peach customers, we increased our cold storage capacity, modernized refrigeration equipment, and improved customer accessibility. Today, we
continue to serve our peach customers. Additionally, we have diversified
our company vision to expand beyond our peach origins. We recognize
and seek to address the need for specialization in agricultural
packaging, storage and shipping. This specialization combined with
our customer-oriented business philosophy and our strategic location
has transformed our facility into an integral link in the agricultural
industry. We take pride in allocating our resources to accommodate
