Our cold storage is approximately 30,000 square feet, which is broken into four main chambers (three 5,000 and one 15,000 sq ft. room). We have the ability to serpentine pre-cool 765 tons of product per day. Immediately following the purchase of the facility, we began an extensive modernization phase of refrigeration equipment: the addition of 500 horsepower compressor units, an addition evaporative cooler, and a computer monitoring system. The computer monitoring system allows us to monitor room temperatures off-site, have remote system control, and provide customers temperature control tracking.

In regards to shipping and receiving, we offer onsite certified scales for product weighing upon delivery and prior to shipment.
